I spoke with Nilly last night about the ‘situation’ in Westminster.
Our man Nilly not only knew both the copper killed by the Muslim nut-job that the police thankfully took down, but he also knew several coppers involved in the attack.
The officer killed was from Haringey and that makes him Tottenham.
The Metropolitan Police Federation are raising money for the family of PC Keith Palmer, the Police Officer who tragically gave his life on 22 March as he guarded the Palace of Westminster from what is believed to have been a terrorist attack.
Every day, all over London and the rest of the UK, Police Officers risk their lives to protect and defend us – in the wake of this tragedy our thoughts are with Keith’s family and all the people who are injured have lost their lives.
I’m beyond proud that ‘Still Nil Nil’ is a such a respected and vital cog of what we have built here.
A Tottenham man was felled yesterday in the most barbaric manner. I cannot urge you enough to make a small donation to his family.
I cannot possibly imagine what Keith’s family are going through – and what they will have to cope with – now that dad is dead.
