As for ‘not knowing’, he can do one. Even though it’s s training shirt, it’s a Chelsea shirt.
When Michy Batshuayi handed it to him, he was handing it to a professional footballer who played for an direct rival and saying ‘Have a look at what a real jersey for a real club feels like’.
When Georges-Kevin NKoudou put it on, he was saying ‘so this is what winners wear!’
A guy I once worked with received a bag of old baby clothes from a family friend for his new born. In the bag were a couple of Liverpool branded vests. Being a United fan, he calmly took them out and handed them into a local charity shop.
