Levy Cannot Help Himself

By The Boy -

The bald maestro has outsourced at least one of our preseason friendlies to a shower called Relevent Sports. In a nutshell, this means no loyalty points and a pricing strategy that should keep fan attendance down to about 25,0000 and that’s only if there’s nothing good on TV that afternoon.

THFC said: “Relevent Sports have selected Ticketmaster as their ticketing partner for this fixture and general admission tickets, as well as Club Wembley Premium Seats and places in the Bobby Moore Club”.

Which means there are 5 mouths to be fed, before you place you pert posterior on a piece of reinforced plastic.

No wonder the worst seats start at £24. However that doesn’t include a mysterious ‘Admin fee’ of 10%, plus £2.95 for your ticket to be posted to you. There’s even a £1 charge – if you opt to print your ticket off at home using your own printer, your own ink, your own paper and of course, your own electricity.

So that’s £29.35 to those that don’t own a printer, and that’s for a not great seat. Which is somewhere in-between a Cat A and Cat B amount of money – for a friendly.

Unless there is a fix in on this game and Juve have a greed to lose in order to give Spurs a boost before the war of attrition that will be playing at Wembley begins, this is yet another utterly horrible idea, designed to cream more money from the supporters.
