ITK Pini Zahavi Met With Spurs Ace This Week

By The Boy -

Legendary football agent Pini Zahavi met this week with Toby Alderwiereld to discuss the player’s possible post-Tottenham future.

Toby’s agents are Stirr Associates who have a mission statement that one can imagine appealing to our Toby.

‘At Stirr Associates we give you that control. Coming from a background as lawyers, we inform our clients of the whole truth. Full disclosure, so you know what really goes on in the world of so-called agents, clubs and transfers. But also completely confidential and professional within a long-term vision. Because we actually look further than your next transfer.’

So Zahavi met with the our 29 year old in his frequent capacity as ‘fixer’.

For whom, is the killer question.

Israeli Zahavi has more fingers in more pies than that little Jack horner guy.

The Harry Hotspur blog was told this week that the odds of Alderweireld still being a Tottenham player in the summer are ‘negligible’.

Spurs have recently taken options on the contracts of both Toby and Jan Vertonghen.

Regrettably, this is not good news.

This is the heralding of another couple of cash sellouts by ENIC.

This the heads-up before further attempt to squeeze the pips out of Mauricio Pochettino’s talent – by replacing class with ‘prospects’.

If peoples differences weren’t celebrated/highlighted how would we get to understand them? We’re all the same really. Its Just ignorance and greed that spoils humankind. Most people kool man. Apart from ignorant and greedy people. Commonly known as c u n t s. Keep your culture share your culture whilst respecting the culture of the people in the country in which you live. Then every ting bless. Thats my take on it anyway.

Hopefully the father can serve as a solid advocate.

This is not a young man with any racial intent whatsoever.

This is a young man who only naturally understands and analyses logic. Action and response, zeros and ones.

Flood him with emotional or illogical stimuli, and he loses all ability to respond with any sort of predictability. He suddenly has no answer, no previous guideline, and can only respond to nonsense with nonsense.

This is a kid who reacted to a flood of what to him was nonsensical stimulus with a behavioral mimic that also made no sense to him at the time he first witnessed it.

This is a situation where there is no cookie cutter response. It is certainly not an opportunity for a heavy-handed reaction designed only to appease the hive-minded.

Just take a timeout, thfc. Don’t be so quick to go public. This doesn’t fit into your black-and-white law books.

I knew you’d say something like that AIS. There is however in this case a small crumb of truth in your theory.

Councils and the government should more time and money doing stuff that’s for everyone rather than dicking about catering for this lot and that lot.

One people, treat everyone as one whatever you do the rest of the time is up to you. This idea of ‘diversity’ is actually dividing society even more. It’s a load of nonsense, how long before the penny drops?

You’re spot on US.

That splurge that Baldini undertook with the Bale money was hit and hope at best, and you’re right, Eriksen’s fee wasn’t a ‘bargain’ of any sort in the same way as Lamela’s wasn’t.

The rest read like a list of players that disappeared off the face of the football king planet; Chadli, Chiches, Capoue, Paulinho, Soldado.

Eriksen was just the best of a bad bunch and to this day, I’m not sure he’s ever been particularly well suited to the Premiership…

Spurs have a meet with Vincente Spurs (the non-racist, but 100% autistic lad) and his father on Wednesday.

But oh no they want us to go to all the way to Stevenage and Waltham cross. Not That I watch the ladies but a few of my mates granddaughters do. Why cant it all be in the borough and cheap. Season ticket to watch all games at bowes park for I dunno £100. They threw old lane in the bin.

Anyone noticed how the intensity of the Poch to Manure talk has calmed in the media since he said that he wants to win something with Spurs?

Ole is getting a tune out of them already, so the idea of the ‘magic Poch’ being fast tracked to Utd isn’t looking so feasible.

The media is mainly funded by betting companies so getting all the thick gamblers to lump on Poch as the next Utd boss is the plan.

Today’s media = wastes of space.

I would expect as Toby would meet with any and every agent that would be able to get him the best possible deal in his “last” contract. So, hardly surprising. 30 in March. Not sure about number of years (presume at least to 35). That said, if iTK is correct, he is looking to be the best paid CB in the EPL. I cannot see that. Whatever he gets Verts must get similar and neither are the best. Excellent, not the best. Market value, as per Transfermarkt is 40M Euros. Van Dijk (2 years younger, and I would argue better) is valued at 75M. Alderweirald and Vertonghen are excellent, but are clearly slowing. Both deserve improved and longer contracts – say 3 more years each (which would take them to June 2023) at 150k/week. If what they want is more than that, it’s too much. Sanchez is the real deal. Foyth needs some seasoning, but he is not far off. Eyoma, in pre-season, was a long way off. Did ok yesterday, but hardly PL opposition. CCV I like, though I am not convinced he will be top PL quality. Tough decisions need to be made. If we keep Verts and get 25M GBP for Alderweirald, not the end of the world, and a great deal if we can sell him outside of the PL.

As for the Bale deal and the magnificent 7, we sold him for 85M GBP and spent 100M GBP on 7 players. We already recouped 50M GBP in player sales. Eriksen and Lamela are easily valued at 80M GBP together so we did ok. Bale had 42 goals and 20 assists while at Spurs. Lamela has 14 goals and 22 assists while Eriksen has 45 goals and 55 assists for Spurs, all PL only. From magnificent 7 players, we scored 24, 24, 15, 9, 12, 8 (so far this year) in the PL. Bale for Eriksen was probably a wash. We did ok. Whether Eriksen will remain, who knows? We will get market value or above, regardless.

We are paying players more. That does not change whether they should remain within our pay structure. Kane is at 200k/week. Everyone else must fit in below. Fair enough

“Eriksen my lud was also a bargain, best buy of the “magnificent 7”

Given that he was the only one of the 7 who turned out any good at all, I’d argue that in real terms Erikson’s price was the full cost of all 7 minus what we got back when we sold them on. Don’t ask me to remember, research, or give a shit what that figure is, but I suspect ‘bargain’ won’t accurately describe it.

How many times are we gonna have to listen to the bollox that Toby has taken a dump on poch and its him who wants him out the club?? I’m not a psychology student far from, but if he was soooo mad with Toby that he is saying I don’t trust him, why does he play him then? If it was that offensive to him surely he’s just gonna say right pack your bags? A far more believable version of events is Toby had the nerve to ask for his worth, at which point slappy had to admit that due to the fact he’s been paying electrician’s far far to much for far far to long he can’t afford to pay the playing staff. Of course if the prick had got the stadium open when he said he wouldn’t have this situation. Just a thought. ENIC OUT

It’s a complicated thing now when it doesn’t have to be.

Everyone knows when Spurs fans sing it it’s always been done in defiance of bigotry within the realms of terrace humour. When opposition fans do it it’s the opposite.

The problem is that football fan culture has always been tounge in cheek until it becomes racist and that line is crossed. Our fans using the ‘Y’ word has never, ever been that.

The world has changed and there’s less humour than ever. People that run football like most things are dull, unimaginative gimps led by lawyers and spin doctors…
