Chelsea Placed Mega Bid On Monday

By The Boy -

Anyone seeking a further explanation as to why Danny Rose dropped the bomb, can have it.

On Monday of this week, Chelsea Football Club formally submitted an offer for Danny Rose, of £62million plus £8million in performance bonuses and usual add-ons.

The contract extensions are worthless. Oh, of course they ring-fence valuations etc, but anyone celebrating them wildly as signifiers of commitment to the cause or whatever is kidding themselves.

Can this be a wake up call, please? Pretty please?

Could this be a tipping point for the Flat Earthers whereby they acknowledge that their parallel reality that Levy has spoon fed them is actually a fictional embarrassment?

The vaguest sniff of opportunity and our players bail on us without a second thought. The culture at Spurs stinks. We won the League Cup in 2008 and even the erstwhile sainted Robbie Keane ‘suddenly’ remembered his dream was to play for Liverpool.

Don’t you get it? Please tell me you’re beginning to get it?

The best defence in the league and just days before the season kicks off, 50% of it has hit the eject button. What compounds this misery is that we are getting this down the line. THFC have been watching the squad unravel and done nothing to cushion the blow.

I implore you to stop making excuses and just for one moment ask yourself why Spurs is such a poorly run football club.
