“I don’t know why, but everybody is really good against us”

By The Boy -

Boro boss Aitor Karanka said: “I don’t know why, but everybody is really good against us.”

“I was watching the Manchester United v Hull game and against us, they (United) looked like they were flying and on Wednesday, they were walking on the pitch – or that was my impression.”

“We have an amazing challenge to stay in the Premier League and I am sure we will be in the Premier League next season.”

Another football club that doesn’t have anyone managing what its employees say in front of journalists.

Spurs looked to be building some momentum during that splendid run of thumping naff teams 4-1 or so, however the two recent draws against City and Sunderland have left the mood a tad flat.

Boro are precariously placed in 15th spot which tells us a fair amount of what we might need to know. They’ve not won in their last six and it was only a draw last week against the mighty West Brom that nudged them upwards into 15th.

A cynic would say Boro are looking to limp out of this with a draw.

Karanka looks like a man who has been embezzling funds from the bank he works at.
