Hamstrung – Verts Out For 6 Weeks

By The Boy -

Belgian boss Roberto Martinez is the latest third party to break Tottenham Hotspur news.

The Sun are running with a quote from the international boss: “Jan Vertonghen might miss two Belgium camps. Bad news.”

This only adds insult to injury to Daniel Levy’s masterplan.

Cue that phrase again: Spurs were the only side in Europe’s top 5 leagues not to buy a single player in the 2018/19 summer transfer window.

If Vertonghen doesn’t make a miraculously fats recovery then the Belgian will miss Cardiff City, West Ham United, Manchester City, Wolverhampton Wanderers and not to mention our next Champions League clash with PSV Eindhoven.

But hey, ignore all that doom and gloom – they’ve finally laid some grass in the middle of the building site!

PA Sport are breaking the news that that Manchester United are considering a plan to introduce gender-neutral toilets at Old Trafford in a bid to make the match-day experience more ‘welcoming and inclusive.’

United’s head of security Jim Liggett said, according to the minutes of the club’s September fans’ forum: “It’s something we are looking at as we are keen to ensure that Old Trafford continues to be welcoming and inclusive to all supporters; I will keep you posted regarding progress.’
