Word in from Gladys that there are two other interested parties in Jack Grealish.
One of whom is Chelsea Football Club who understandably (in my view) are offering to loan him back out to Aston Villa.
Personally I think the 22 year is some distance away from being Premier League standard, and that should CFC be successful in the hunt for the Solihull born boy, then potentially they will being making a shrewd move.
The Birmingham Mail were resigned to the lad not just leaving, but in time to join Spurs on the preseason tour of the states.
Should Spurs snap up Jack?
Of course he’ll be inexpensive, and he’ll be English.
However he’ll primarily be Jack Grealish and this is where my interest wanes.
The Brum Mail also mentioned a possible £30million bid from Chelsea.
Aston Villa are obviously in a financial crisis, and whilst selling Jack would directly address that; Villa as an entity for sale minus one of their better players, diminishes the offer.
