He went into this evening’s game, as he has every game he’s been “in charge” of. Without the vaguest understanding of who he was playing against, or what resources he had at his disposal.

Leaving Christian Eriksen on the bench was insane. The last 15 minutes proved that, and it proved that the man Levy & Co. appointed had consistently failed to grasp Eriksen’s best position in this his 19th game.

Chadli was another generous humiliation for the thickos that embrace the football the Redknapp way. A class player who stood up to the plate, despite the odds. Played for us. Played to win.

Idiot chops could have potentially won this game. How? Well to put it brutally, by knowing his personnel and having a coherent plan. I watched Tim giving some poor bar steward a thumbs up and skipping up the stairs. To a conniving shark, to a footballing imbecile, this was as big a success as only losing 0-1 to the Arse.

We had them where we wanted them. We had them running scared. It was good to see their manager sweating as much as he was. I didn’t see a suave character on the sidelines, I saw someone who was really flustered.

I don’t know if he had respect for me as a manager or a person. It doesn’t matter if you’re a football manager or a man in the street, I think you should show respect. Congratulations to him.”

Tim, you’re gigantic. A gigantic wσnker.
