Tottenham winger Erik Lamela has stepped up his recovery after undergoing hip surgery in Spain at the Yo’real Glamour Awards above the Admiral Duncan public house in London’s vibrant Old Compton Street.
Lamela, who hasn’t played for Spurs since November, stepped out in a full length blue evening dress accessorised with a pair diamanté sling-backs.
‘Rehabilitation session done!’ the Argentinian yelped to the press-pack as the camera bulbs flashed greedily.
The Argentinian was presented with the coveted OmniPaloni Award by Diane Abbott prospective parliamentary candidate for Crackney North and Joke Newington.
His surgery back in early April was successful, with Lamela at time saying: ‘The surgery went well, thanks to all for your positive messages.’
