11 O’Clocker: Levy Stable & Comfortable After Transfer Trauma

By The Boy -

No no no, it wasn’t an organ transplant, and that the anus rejected him. That didn’t happen. Stop it. Really. You people.

The Daily Star among many believe that the Davinson Sanchez has joined Spurs for a whopping £40million fee from Dutch giants Ajax.

Over the past few days speculation over the minutiae of this deal has been at a fever pitch.

This was a player that cost Ajax just €5million only one year ago and now –  in a market that was branded ‘unsustainable’ by one highly respected Premier League chairman – it’s been rumoured the Spurs have committed to as much as ten times that amount for the 21 year old’s services.

The Star says: Mauricio Pochettino and co, who are yet to sign a new player this summer, are set to stump up an initial payment of around £27million.

I guess we’re not in Kansas anymore, Toto.

This is a far cry from West Brom asking £25million for Saido Icecreamo and Levy offering £4.25million as an upfront payment.

£27million in cold blood?

Stone me. I wasn’t enjoying this window, but I am now!
