Who knows? Join us again tomorrow whee we ask ‘if there is a god, why on earth did he give men nipples?’
Spurs travel sarf of the river tomorrow and all eyes will be eagerly awaiting the team selection. Poor old Poch is damned if he plays ‘a best XI’ after the Gent fiasco, and damned if he doesn’t by those wanting to make a credible challenge for some silverware.
Given the Gent business, Poch could argue that a big shake up in personnel is just the ticket.
I take a view that our first XI oughtn’t to be needing to take a ‘look hard look at itself’ in February. As holistic as a spot of soul searching might be for one or two of these overindulged pansies, what is required here is some plain talking.
Poch needs to decide what his tactics are, share them clearly with the squad and tell them to get on with it and not to bother f——- up.
Fulham are not rubbish, for those still wondering.
They’ve won 4 of their last 6 games. It may be of interest to add that Fulham have this season already beaten two Premier League sides, Boro in the League cup and Hull City in this one.
League wise, our opposition are hovering just outside the playoff rankings in the brutal quagmire that is the Championship.
We’ll be without Rose, but Kane should be available and laughably everyone is still listing Erik Lamela as being out with his rose-hip tea injury.
